Adding Content to Multiple Classes

Content can be added to a single class or multiple classes at once.


You can add content to multiple classes at once from the My Classes page. 


Click the Organize Content  button on the right.

From here, you can select Umety modules or 360 videos, then filter the content using the drop-down menus.  There is also a Search feature.


You can learn more about a module by clicking on the info icon to the right.  This will open a pop-up window where you can see a preview video, overview, learning objectives, and keywords.  If you have a WebXR license, you will also be able to launch the module and try it out before adding it to your classes.


Select content by checking the box to the left of the item.  You can select all visible items by checking the top left box.




When you have selected your content, click Add to Classes at the top. 


Check the box next to a class to add all selected content to that class.  Uncheck a box to remove all selected content from that class.  A dash in a box indicates that some, but not all, of the selected content has already been added to that class.  

Click Apply to save the changes.  The changes will be available to students in the classes immediately.

  

Once you have added content to your class, you can organize it with labels.
